Returns

If you wish to return your product(s), please get in touch via email at info@EMVYA.com with your name, address, order reference number and why you wish to return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt of the order. You will be given a return authorisation code for the item(s) you wish to return. You must cover all postage charges and please use a secure and trackable service for any returns. EMVYA will not be held liable for any lost returns. All product(s) must be returned in the condition and packaging they were received in. Once received in the same condition, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. EMVYA will only cover the cost of a return if your product(s) was faulty or incorrect. Personalised product(s) are non-returnable.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Write the return code(s) for the product(s) you wish to return with your name and address
2. Securely re-wrap item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the note with the return code and your name and address. You must ensure the original box is sufficiently protected.
3. Return to us at the address we will provide.
